We observed the service and engaged with patients and staff members to gather feedback on:

From January to March 2024, Third Sector Leaders Community Champions engaged with local communities to understand people’s diabetic status and awareness. The data gathered from these conversations highlights the challenges and barriers faced by individuals to accessing relevant services and support.

Community champions – Breast and bowel cancer screening findings

Between September and October 2023, Third Sector Leaders Community Champions engaged with local communities to understand;
- Breast and Bowel cancer risk factors, symptoms, and awareness
- Challenges and barriers to accessing screening services and support
A total of 1366 individual conversations were held plus Community Champions reached out to various segments of the community via group engagement, engaging an additional 33 people. A total of 1,399 conversations.
