From May to July 2024, Third Sector Leaders Community Champions connected with local communities to gather feedback about the experiences of people living with serious health conditions. Those affected were given a chance to share if they felt supported or if they knew about the support options available to them. For those who weren’t using the support, they shared their reasons for not doing so. This revealed obstacles faced by different groups based on gender, age, ethnicity, and location.
