Domestic abuse is a common issue in the UK, affecting around 2.1 million people in the year ending March 2023— approximately 1 in 5 adults. It includes physical, sexual, financial, psychological, and emotional abuse, regardless of gender or sexuality. These conversations show the knowledge and awareness around domestic abuse and making the people aware of support available.
