NHS – How to register with a GP surgery
Please note that you do not need ID to register with a GP practice and you cannot be refused on those grounds. If you have any problems registering, please contact us.
Change GP
To compare GPs, you might want to take a look at the www.nhs.uk website where you can enter your postcode and it will show you all your nearest GP practices and reviews from patients. Each GP practice also has its own website and you might want to take a look there to check things like the practice boundary, opening times, and online services.

Registering for online access at your GP practice should be straightforward. If you have any problems, please speak to a member of staff at your GP practice.
